About us

Nabz is clinic management software for small practices in India.

Last updated 12 September 2026

What we do

Most small clinics in India still run on a paper register. It works until the day someone needs to find something in it — last month's collection, a patient's previous prescription, which medicines are about to expire. Nabz puts that work in one place, without asking a doctor to become a computer operator.

The software covers a clinic's whole day:

  • Patient records, found by name, phone or UHID
  • Appointments and a live OPD queue with token numbers
  • Consultations — vitals, diagnosis, advice and prescriptions, printed on the clinic's own letterhead
  • Billing and receipts, with cash, UPI, card and online payments
  • Pharmacy stock with batch numbers, expiry tracking and low-stock alerts
  • Reports on collection, footfall and follow-ups
  • Patient registration and appointment booking by patients themselves

Who it is for

Single-doctor clinics, polyclinics and small day-care setups — the practices too small for hospital software and too busy for a register. Each clinic's records are kept in its own separate database schema, so no clinic can see another's patients.

How we charge

Nabz is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Every clinic starts with a 14-day free trial and is not asked for payment details to begin. Current prices are on the pricing page.

We sell software, not medical services. Nabz does not give medical advice, does not dispense medicines and is not a party to the treatment between a clinic and its patients.

Who owns Nabz

Nabz is a product of The HNX. All rights in the Nabz software, its name and its branding rest with The HNX, which operates the service and is the party you contract with when you subscribe.
