Your clinic runs on a register. It deserves better than that.

Nabz is clinic software built for the practices the big hospital systems ignore — patients, queue, prescriptions, billing and medicine stock, in one place your receptionist can actually use.

  • Set up in one sitting
  • Works on phone and desktop
  • Your data stays exportable

Small clinics don't lose money on big things. They lose it on small ones.

The file that isn't there

A regular patient returns after eight months and nobody can find what was prescribed last time. So the workup starts again.

The bill nobody wrote

Three patients paid cash during the rush. By evening the register and the cash box disagree, and there is no way to check.

The strip that expired

Stock is a guess. You either run out mid-consult or find a box six months past its date at the back of the cupboard.

What you get

Everything the front desk and the doctor need. Nothing else.

No modules you will never open, no six-week implementation, no per-seat surprise at renewal.

Patient records that survive

Every patient gets a UHID on first visit. Search by name or phone and the whole history — visits, prescriptions, bills — is on one screen.

A live OPD queue

Front desk marks arrivals, the doctor sees the queue update on their own screen. No shouting names across the waiting room.

Prescriptions in under a minute

Pick medicines from your own list, set 1-0-1 and duration, done. Print on letterhead, or send it to the patient on WhatsApp in one press.

Billing that matches the cash box

Consultation fees, procedures, discounts and GST. Record cash, UPI or card against each bill and see what is still pending.

Medicine stock without a spreadsheet

Track what you dispense, get told before something runs out or expires, instead of finding out mid-consult.

Appointments and follow-ups

Book by slot, see the day at a glance, and set a follow-up date while you are still writing the prescription.

A day at the clinic

Four screens, start to finish

This is the whole workflow. If your staff can follow a queue, they can run Nabz.

  1. 01

    Patient walks in

Receptionist types a phone number. Old patient? Full history loads. New patient? 20 seconds to register.

  2. 02

    Token is issued

Appointment is created and a token number printed. The queue on the doctor's screen updates instantly.

  3. 03

    Doctor consults

Vitals, complaints, diagnosis and prescription on one page — with the last visit visible right beside it.

  4. 04

    Bill and go

The bill is already drafted from the consultation. Collect cash or UPI, print the receipt, mark it paid.

Print-ready prescriptions and receiptsSame app on the reception desktop and your phoneEvery visit permanently on the patient record

Questions clinics actually ask

Our clinic has bad internet. Will this work?+

Nabz is built to stay light — pages are rendered on the server and shipped small, so it works on a modest 4G connection and on an old desktop in the reception. It does need a connection; a fully offline mode is not part of this version.

Do we have to enter our old patient records first?+

No. Start using it from today's OPD. Old patients get added the first time they visit, which spreads the data entry over weeks instead of one painful weekend.

Who can see what?+

Every clinic gets its own database schema, so your records physically sit apart from every other clinic on Nabz — it is not a shared table with a filter on it. Inside your clinic there are three roles — owner, doctor and receptionist — so the front desk can register and bill without opening clinical notes.

Is it usable by staff who are not comfortable with computers?+

That was the main design constraint. The daily screens are the queue and the billing page, both of which are a list and a few buttons. Everything else is optional.

What happens to our data if we leave?+

It stays yours. Patients, visits, prescriptions and invoices can be exported, and there is no lock-in period on any plan.

How does billing for Nabz itself work?+

Every clinic starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that you pick a plan and pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Monthly or yearly, cancel whenever.
